About the Role
As the Senior Brand & Content Manager, you will be responsible for building our audience, helping launch sites, enabling the sales team with top-tier assets, and managing the brand to ensure Runway East ’s story is memorable, compelling, and adds value.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand awareness and engagement strategy across all public channels with top 1% social-first content.
- Ensure beautiful assets are available throughout the customer journey, from website landing pages to post-tour pitch decks.
- Manage the CMS, ensuring individual offices have correct floorplans and photos, and generating office-specific assets and emails.
- Manage 1-2 junior contractors and a pool of freelance designers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Oversee ad-hoc content requests from leadership to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all digital and physical content touchpoints are ready on time and on brand for new site launches.
- Drive impressions and leads for campaign content.
- Act as the 'keeper of the brand bible', owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Build and manage processes and systems to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
- Hates average content and strives to create only the top 1%.
- Understands what constitutes good content across various formats (photography, copy, video) and how to produce it effectively.
- Possesses a clear grasp of content and marketing strategy and can apply it throughout the marketing lifecycle.
- Can build and execute a content strategy from the ground up.
- Has experience building engaged audiences and managing a differentiated brand.
- Understands how to produce product marketing assets that address buyer questions across the funnel.
- Has strong project management skills to keep content production on time.
- Proven ability to recruit, brief, and manage a pool of freelancers.
- Confident in managing 1-2 junior marketers effectively.
