Responsibilities
- Support the Buying and Design teams in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in confirming order quantities, sales prices, and assortment planning.
- Analyze product line performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Team on seasonal pricing strategies to achieve profitability and margin goals.
- Support the sourcing and product development process from concept to launch.
- Conduct customer and competitor analyses to identify trends and market potentials.
- Maintain orders and line sheets, and coordinate product samples for smooth operations and timely execution.
- Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Textiles, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in Buying or Buying Support, ideally in a dynamic fashion or e-commerce environment.
- Very good Excel skills and proficient handling of sales, inventory, and performance data.
- Structured and meticulous work approach with an enjoyment of administrative tasks.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce, with a feel for trends, materials, and silhouettes.
- Good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and a solution-oriented work approach.
- Strong team and communication skills, with a passion for combining creativity with commercial thinking.
