About the Role
Do it Best is seeking individuals for general warehouse positions at our distribution center in Montgomery, NY. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow skill sets in logistics and product fulfillment, with training provided for operating powered equipment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
- Assist in team lifts.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop.
- Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders.
- Order filling.
- Shipping.
- Receiving.
- Forklift operation.
- Stocking.
Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
- Must be able to assist in team lifts.

Salary/Compensations
- Earn up to $26.21 /hr
- Wage starting from $20.25 - $24.35 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.76 - $2.13 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
