Responsibilities

Teach topics in Pflege & medizinische Grundlagen (Anatomy and Physiology, Illnesses, Prophylaxes and Hygiene Standards)
Teach topics in Betreuung & Aktivierung (Communication and Relationship Design, Dealing with Dementia and Validation, Activation Offers)
Teach topics in Hauswirtschaft & Ernährung (Nutrition Science and Diet Forms, Household Hygiene, Laundry Care and Room Design)
Teach topics in Recht & Notfallsituationen (Basics of Nursing Insurance, Documentation, Behavior in Emergencies / First Aid)
Develop professional competence, not just convey theory.

Requirements

Completed training or studies in geriatric care, health and nursing care, social pedagogy, home economics, medicine, or comparable fields.
Pedagogical experience.
Ideally, teaching or workshop experience.
AEVO/AdA certificate is an advantage.
Empathy and patience.
Structured way of working.
Ability to convey complex content understandably and practically.
Enjoyment of working with diverse groups.
