About the Role

Responsibilities

Conduct online teaching in learning and development support.
Impart practical content for use in kindergartens, schools, and educational institutions.
Design varied, interactive digital learning formats, even for extended teaching periods.
Support participants in their professional and personal development.
Incorporate personal practical experience from daily pedagogical work.

Requirements

Completed pedagogical studies (e.g., social pedagogy, educational sciences, teaching degree, or equivalent).
Demonstrable experience in online teaching / digital instruction.
Experience in pedagogical work fields, such as school support, work in daycare centers (e.g., as a specialist or manager), or work in a school context.
Enjoyment of digital teaching formats and confident use of online tools.
Ability to design extended teaching units with didactic variety.
Structured, independent work style.
Empathy and strong communication skills when working with diverse groups.
Very good German language skills for internal communication.
