About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Security Sales Specialist to drive growth across our security portfolio, working closely with account teams and senior client stakeholders. This is a strategic, customer‑facing role focused on building strong pipelines, winning complex deals, and positioning our full range of solutions as trusted, value‑led partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping business development strategy, expanding existing customer relationships, and engaging at C‑suite level across mid‑to‑large enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong long‑term sales pipeline to grow market share within the security portfolio
- Identify and develop new opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing customer engagements
- Support Account Managers with specialist expertise throughout the sales cycle
- Set direction for business development and solution replication across accounts
- Develop and grow reference customers
- Sell complex security products and solutions on a partnership basis
- Act as a dedicated specialist for a small number of strategic accounts where required
- Drive services opportunities, including smaller outsourcing deals and high‑value contract renewals
- Establish trusted, consultative relationships with customers, including C‑level stakeholders
- Leverage cross‑portfolio knowledge to support integrated solution selling
- Maintain strong understanding of IT frameworks, CIO priorities, budgets, and metrics
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and partner offerings to maintain executive credibility
Requirements
- Significant, directly related security sales experience, typically 5+ years
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding complex, high‑value sales quotas
- Experience selling across hardware, software, and services portfolios
- Strong project management and deal‑orchestration skills
- Recognised internally and externally as a subject matter expert
- Experience mentoring others on sales strategy and solution design
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

- Expertise in consultative and value‑based selling for large, complex engagements
- Strong understanding of customer business models, financials, and IT architectures
- Confidence engaging at C‑suite level alongside account leadership
