About the Role

The CG Group is seeking a motivated Janitor (m/f/d) for its Berlin location to support the company's growth. The CG Group offers comprehensive real estate services across Germany, managing numerous projects from planning and development to construction, leasing, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Building and technical system maintenance and upkeep
• Performing minor repairs, maintenance, and restoration work
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure order, cleanliness, and safety
• Supervising and coordinating external service providers and tradespeople
• Maintaining outdoor areas (gardening, cleaning, winter services)
• Receiving and processing fault reports
• Assisting with renovations and internal relocations
• Handling apartment handovers and acceptances
• Performing administrative tasks and general office organization
• Independently documenting orders and planning/coordinating appointments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a trade or technical field is advantageous
• Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role is desirable
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and structured work approach
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Confident use of digital work tools is advantageous
• Friendly, well-groomed appearance and teamwork skills
• Class B driver's license
