About the Role
Join exciting construction projects and experience all facets of project management firsthand. Your role involves communication, coordination, and keeping everyone informed. You will gradually take on responsibility for project organization, cost tracking, scheduling, and quality assurance. This includes office work combined with occasional site visits for optimal coordination. Contribute ideas to tenders and actively support acquiring new projects. You can also gain initial leadership experience by mentoring working students.
Responsibilities
- Accompany exciting construction projects and experience all facets of project management firsthand.
- Communicate, coordinate, and keep all parties informed.
- Take on responsibility for project organization, cost tracking, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Perform office work combined with occasional site visits for optimal coordination.
- Contribute ideas to tenders and support the acquisition of new projects.
- Mentor working students and gain initial leadership experience.
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field.
- First practical experience (e.g., internships or working student positions) is a plus, but not required.
- Motivation, hands-on mentality, and a high willingness to learn.
- Team spirit – ability to work independently but not alone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Moderation and presentation skills combined with digital competence and sound MS Office knowledge.
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license.
