About the Role

Provide administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Client Research team, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient administrative processes. This role is key to departmental efficiency and offers a career-building opportunity in business support and operations within the property industry.

Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Support the Client Research Team with administrative requests.
  • Assist in creating reports for team managers.
  • Review exchanged and let properties, updating figures and accounts.
  • Provide general administrative support, including IT and Facilities communication.
  • Support the senior coordinator with data entry and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and previous use of CRM systems.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Enthusiastic with a 'Nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
  • Logical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude.
  • Organized with a flexible approach to a varied workload.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
