About the Role

The HRIS Analyst will join the EMEA HRIS team to support the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, delivering enhancements, and supporting modules such as Absence, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
  • Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations
  • Lead requirements gathering and prioritization sessions with HR and business partners
  • Manage configuration requests and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing end-user support
  • Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organizations, EIBs, and transaction support
  • Develop and deliver reporting requests and present insights to stakeholders
  • Lead or support HRIS projects including configuration, testing, and process improvements
  • Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits for data accuracy and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive employee data

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience including configuration and system support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
