About the Role

The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom solutions and utilize Power Platform capabilities to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems.
  • Support user acceptance testing and deploy solutions using CI/CD protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions, including troubleshooting.
  • Perform health checks on Dynamics environments and gather analytics.
  • Maintain knowledge of wave releases and advise stakeholders on changes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions, including Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Insights).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform development, including BPF’s, plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and custom entity modeling.
  • Commercial experience integrating Power Platform with third-party API services.
  • Experience performing data migrations using integration tools (e.g., Kingswaysoft SSIS).
  • Strong knowledge of C#, Typescript, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Azure services is preferred.
  • Commercial experience translating reporting business requirements into PowerBI reports.
  • Current Power Platform certification is preferred.
