About the Role

At Rosental Organics, you will take full responsibility for forecasting, product availability, COGS, and supplier management, directly impacting profitability, scaling, and customer experience. We are seeking an analytical, negotiation-savvy individual who loves processes, takes ownership, and drives operational excellence. You will lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, managing the entire end-to-end forecasting, re-ordering, and inventory management process.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team.
Manage the entire end-to-end forecasting, re-ordering, and inventory management process.
Conduct bi-weekly inventory level analyses and proactively implement measures to prevent stock-outs.
Sustainably optimize COGS, reducing them by at least 5% annually through price, payment, and delivery term negotiations.
Ensure a smooth flow of goods from production to the customer.
Develop forward-looking transport and capacity plans.
Guarantee the continuous availability of all production-critical components and packaging materials.
Continuously improve Supply Chain processes, SOPs, and systems (e.g., Odoo & Asana).
Transparently report relevant KPIs to management.

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or beauty.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Data-driven management of forecasts, inventory levels, and stock rotation to avoid both stock-outs and overstocking.
Extreme attention to detail with full transparency on inventory, lead times, and risks.
Proven track record of optimizing purchasing conditions, lead times, or COGS through strong negotiation skills.
Confident communication with international suppliers to build robust partnerships.
Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
