About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to actively shape the Falkenhagener Feld in Spandau through community work. This role involves developing and implementing various community engagement formats, organizing volunteer efforts, and supporting residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement various community engagement formats.
- Organize, initiate, and support volunteer engagement.
- Advise and support residents during consultation hours and by appointment.
- Oversee and manage offerings in neighborhood facilities.
- Provide support for mobile community outreach initiatives.
- Handle public relations, reporting, and committee work.
- Provide administrative support to the department head.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from mobile community outreach and neighborhood coordination.
- Work with various cooperation partners.
Requirements
- Completed degree in social work/social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
