About the Role

As a Product Manager at GreenFlux, you will take conceptual ownership of key product improvement initiatives, ensuring successful launch and customer adoption, making a lasting impact on both the world and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs and commercial opportunities into clear product & service propositions
  • Keep a close eye on trends and developments in both the e-mobility and related markets
  • Manage the go-to-market process
  • Do the life-cycle management of Products and (managed) Services
  • Take ownership of a process of continuous user feedback for product and process improvement
  • Present and explain your products, the product strategy and roadmap internally as well as to (potential) customers
  • Challenge assumptions with data and evidence, and keep the focus on measurable outcomes in a complex environment
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into shipped impact
  • Track and improve the profitability of the products and services

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Passion for building meaningful software collaboratively—not managing from the sidelines
  • A highly-data driven attitude
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and collective ownership
  • A breadth mindset: the ability to look beyond a narrow area of expertise and explore connections between business value, technical feasibility, and user experience
  • The urge to make this planet more sustainable

Skills

  • Technical understanding or a background in software engineering is an advantage
  • Experience of working with B2B energy, payments or SaaS products is seen as an advantage
