About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences and campaigns for global UHNW audiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues globally to shape internationally relevant campaigns and build an outstanding experience across all touchpoints, with a strong audience-first focus and the brand at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of The Private Office marketing plan, working cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging, assets, and campaign toolkits, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget.
- Develop and shape integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and client nurture across the full lifecycle; equipping teams with actionable toolkits while continuously monitoring, optimising, and reporting on performance.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal specialists to execute best-in-class social, digital, and experiential campaigns tailored to UHNW client and partner audiences.
- Track, analyse and evaluate campaign performance, producing insightful post-campaign reports and translating data into clear, strategic recommendations to enhance future activity.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery and curating bespoke, invitation-only experiences for UHNW audiences.
- Lead content planning for UHNW audiences, defining themes, topics, and growth segments to ensure relevance, differentiation, and sustained engagement.
- Partner with regional marketing leads to shape global initiatives, developing scalable frameworks, localisation strategies, toolkits, and playbooks that maximise impact, consistency, and commercial return.
- Own and manage the global content calendar for The Private Office, ensuring a coordinated, audience-led approach across markets, channels, and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team to deliver our flagship global publication, The Wealth Report, ensuring it is strategically positioned and effectively targeted to key UHNW segments and audiences.
- Work in close partnership with global marketing and communications teams, including PR, internal communications, content, social, digital, and creative, identifying opportunities to align activity around key market themes and audience insights to amplify impact.
Requirements
- Three to four years of experience in a marketing manager’s role, client or agency side with strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable use of insight and data to inform targeting, personalisation, and campaign design.
- Strength and ability to experience managing and driving innovation across large-scale multichannel projects.
- Confident and articulate; able to communicate and sell-in ideas to people at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and on budget.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Skills
- Passion and interest in the value of content, with strong copywriting and planning skills.
- Understanding of global property markets or UHNW audiences is desirable, but not essential.
