About the Role

Patchwork Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product Team. This role offers the autonomy to tackle impactful problems that positively affect NHS staff lives. Senior Product Managers will embed design strategies and provide technical design leadership within the Product Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to define product strategies and solutions.
  • Embed good practices and share new ideas with the Product Team.
  • Lead agile processes, including requirement gathering, backlog management, user story writing, and refinement sessions.
  • Lead from within a technical squad across multiple cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Define the product area’s strategic roadmap through continuous product discovery and performance tracking.
  • Define and drive product outcomes through the roadmap, backlog, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive strategic and tactical go-to-market and rollout activities through cross-functional leadership.
  • Analyze and synthesize insights (user feedback, product data, sales pipeline, market intel) to drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize and manage the backlog.
  • Track and monitor product metrics to measure product success for each target segment and market.
  • Manage external stakeholders effectively, participating in client meetings as required.
  • Manage internal stakeholders effectively, collaborating cross-departmentally and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technology to build effective relationships with agile squads.
  • Collaborate with Revenue to support sales efforts and educate stakeholders on product capabilities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including product 1-pagers and requirement documents.
  • Uphold good standards of technical documentation within the Product Team.
  • Create and iterate on internal documentation to improve ways of working and foster learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in Product Management within an agile environment for SaaS products.
  • Experience building, communicating, and executing on strategic product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivery and measuring value to a wide range of customers through your product roadmap.
  • Skilled in communicating work, process, and product decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Regularly seek feedback to improve.
  • Drive to prioritize team success and winning together.
  • Results and quality-driven, consistently demonstrating value and improving quality and approach.
  • Ability to define and articulate problems simply, and explore solutions with balance.
  • Able to share opinions and adapt perspectives when encountering new evidence.
