About the Role

The Client Solutions Group works to develop and execute thoughtful investment solutions for institutional clients globally, including pensions, insurers, financial institutions, and governments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of client deliverables, including Client Communications, Data Requests, reporting, RFP, and DDQs.
  • Partner cross-functionally & globally with Investing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive client solutions, consistent messaging, and seamless execution.
  • Deliver market and product insights & develop dashboards and systems that synthesise investment trends, flows, and client feedback to support client conversations and business planning.
  • Support execution of client events, meetings and conferences, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement and capital conversion.
  • Organize marketing collateral and manage digital initiatives to support sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist the sales team in preparing presentations and materials for external use.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures during client interactions.
  • Manage key client accounts (including platforms and research) and provide exceptional client service for a broad range of mandates across alternative asset classes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide relevant and timely market and product information and day to day support.
  • Contribute to the development of ANZ Client Business Strategy, including market research, competitor analysis, and strategy planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in distribution / investor relations, asset management, or investment consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the GS asset management business & products.
  • Broad knowledge of the Australian asset management landscape, financial markets, and client relationship management.
  • Client-centric and outcome-focused mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues and clients through working in a collaborative manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to drive tasks to completion in a highly organized manner.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data analytics tools like Morningstar.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding, and dynamic environment.
