About the Role
In this position, you will calculate complex engineering structures with technical depth and social relevance, taking responsibility for the economic evaluation of projects from the initial tender to handover to the construction site team.
Responsibilities
- Independent calculation of construction services based on specifications
- Creation of order calculations, alternative offers, and price inquiries
- Analysis of tender documents and quantity surveys
- Resource planning and creation of rough and detailed schedules
- Support for site management in work calculations and target-actual comparisons
- Identification and documentation of risks and potential savings
Requirements
- At least a technician degree or comparable qualification
- Three or more years of professional experience in calculation within civil engineering, bridge construction, infrastructure construction, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in iTWO, ARRIBA, or comparable calculation software
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken, especially in a technical context
- Possession of a Class B driver's license
