Responsibilities
- Serve as the central technical interface between the client, development team, and other project stakeholders.
- Capture technical requirements and specifications for future solutions in automotive and defense projects.
- Coordinate requirements with all relevant interface partners and create requirement documents.
- Design processes and systems for sustainable, intelligent solutions, and support the client in implementing and optimizing requirements management processes.
- Monitor compliance with quality rules for requirements according to ASPICE.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable qualifications.
- Sound professional experience in requirements management, e.g., in the automotive or defense sector.
- Good knowledge of methods and tools such as DOORS and CodeBeamer.
- Strong communication and team-oriented personality with an independent work style and the ability to present complex content clearly.
- German language skills at least C1 level and English language skills at B2 level, both written and spoken, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
