About the Role
We are seeking high-performing sales representatives who are eager to develop real sales skills and advance quickly in their careers within a growing luxury, women's intimate portrait studio. Top performers will have opportunities for senior closer and sales leadership roles as we expand.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high work ethic, working 5 days per week including regular evenings and weekends.
- Conduct 20-25 minute phone consultations with prospective clients.
- Adhere to the established sales process and scripts.
- Process payments and schedule client sessions during calls.
- Engage with warm leads (no-shows, undecided prospects, past inquiries) during lighter periods.
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and conduct follow-ups.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks for smooth client hand-offs.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Achieve post-ramp targets of 8-12 high-intent consultations daily.
- Secure an average of 3-5 paid sessions per day.
- Maintain a call close rate of 40% or higher.
- Meet or exceed monthly paid session targets.
Requirements
- Possess at least 6 months of experience in a phone-based sales role (SDR/BDR, B2C, or similar) or have sold products/services for your own business.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Be open to learning and implementing new sales processes.
- Exhibit exceptional phone presence.
- Possess excellent communication skills and clear spoken English.
