About the Role

This role supports the Sales and Marketing Team with commercial operations, including spine set SPS creation and management, logistics for capital equipment, and coordination of functional stakeholders to drive efficiencies in the ANZ Cranial & Spinal Technologies business.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
  • Develops metrics for process measurement and identifies indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Collects data to identify root causes of problems.
  • Measures performance against process requirements.
  • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
  • Provides consultation on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Delivers presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
  • Communicates team progress to stakeholder groups.
  • Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree plus 4 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated experience driving transformational change through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers.
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance and OHS.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
  • Willingness to travel as required for work.
