  • Ensure healthcare regulatory requirements (medical device regulations, audits, compliance) are embedded into product development, delivery, and operations.
  • Lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams, increasing scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity.
  • Represent the domain internally and externally, build strong executive-level stakeholder relationships, and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health-IT market.

  • Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms, including modern DevOps practices and reliability engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering organizations, ideally with first-hand familiarity of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools.
  • Experience shaping AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering at organizational scale.
  • Excellent English and very good German.
