About the Role

In this apprenticeship as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau for IT System Management, you will work at the intersection of modern technology and the exciting real estate industry. You will learn how a first-class IT infrastructure ensures success in the high-end real estate market, combining IT know-how with business thinking and growing into IT support and data processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn the commercial basics (accounting, marketing, sales).
• Gain in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, networks, and IT security.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical questions.
• Take on responsibility in daily operations and support IT support processes.
• Ensure smooth system operation through careful data maintenance.
• Develop a deep understanding of collaboration with adjacent areas (e.g., sales).
• Support the optimization of business processes.
• Assist in the introduction of new IT solutions.
