About the Role
Join the Hedin Automotive workshop team as a Tyre Fitter and become part of a skilled, supportive team working across the full range of BMW and MINI vehicles. You'll carry out tyre fitting and other fast-fit services using manufacturer-approved equipment and workshop technology. Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle inspections and assess tyre requirements
- Fit, remove and replace tyres on BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform four-wheel alignment and adjust vehicle geometry using specialist equipment and check TPMS
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while delivering excellent customer service
- Work closely with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock and report any losses or damage
- Complete tyre safety checks and ensure all work meets manufacturer and health & safety standards
- Ensure tools, equipment and the workshop are clean, safe and well maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician in a garage or fast-fit workshop environment
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a valid, clean UK Driving Licence
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and proficient driving skills

- Up to £33,050 OTE per annum
- Paid overtime for working on Saturdays
