About the Role
Lewisham Works is seeking a Compliance and Data Officer to develop, implement, and manage audit, compliance, and risk strategies for the DWP funded Connect To Work Programme. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality assurance frameworks, managing systems and processes according to IPS/SEQF frameworks and DWP/CLF requirements, and supporting delivery staff to monitor and improve service quality. The position offers an opportunity to shape a new program and make a significant impact on disadvantaged Londoners.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage audit, compliance, and risk strategies for the DWP funded Connect To Work Programme.
- Implement and ensure compliance with a quality assurance framework.
- Manage systems and processes that comply with IPS/SEQF frameworks and DWP/CLF requirements.
- Support delivery staff to monitor and improve the quality of service.
- Prepare staff for internal self-assessments and externally assessed fidelity reviews.
- Carry out field mentoring/case reviews.
- Conduct quality assurance fidelity reviews.
- Facilitate workshops and learning networks.
- Monitor and report on project performance and outcomes.
- Line management responsibility of 2 triage officers.
Requirements
- Experience in Compliance and Data Management.
- Experience in monitoring projects.
- Proactive and organised approach to process design and compliance monitoring.
- Understanding of supported employment fidelity frameworks and assessment standards is ideal.
- Ability to translate guidance into effective practice at an operational level.
- Must complete the application fully and cover all person specification criteria in the supporting statement.
- Subject to a Basic DBS check.
