About the Role
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for employees regarding all personnel administration matters. You will manage administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring legal compliance and efficient data management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for employees on all personnel administration matters.
- Prepare employment certificates and employment contracts, and draft amendments and supplementary agreements.
- Manage contracts and deadlines, and handle certification processes.
- Ensure legally compliant implementation of the BEM process.
- Maintain master personnel data and personnel files (physical and digital).
- Manage time tracking and support payroll preparation and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with other Administration teams (Legal, Finance, IT) and the Works Council, e.g., for Works Council hearings.
- Support projects and reporting.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration) with a focus on Human Resources Management or a commercial vocational training with corresponding additional qualification (e.g., as a Personnel Services Specialist).
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a comparable company.
- Very good knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law (TVöD Bund) and familiarity with social security, wage tax, and works constitution law.
- Experience in job evaluation and BEM is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital tools and M365, as well as ERP/HR management systems (e.g., Personio).
- Well-organized, structured, and able to maintain an overview of numerous parallel tasks and high demands.
- Solution- and service-oriented, communicating in a friendly and discreet manner, even in challenging situations.
- Team player with curiosity and openness to new processes and solutions.
