About the Role
In dieser Rolle entwickelst und verantwortest du innovative Softwarearchitekturen und erarbeitest das technische Detaildesign für komplexe Systeme. Du entwirfst und strukturierst moderne Softwaremodule, Komponenten und Schnittstellen mit Blick auf Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit. Du arbeitest an zukunftsweisenden Produkt- und Systemkonzepten, z.B. in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Visualisierung, Interaktion oder Systemintegration. Als Architektur- und Technologie-Experte begleitest und unterstützt du die Entwicklungsteams über alle Projektphasen hinweg. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklern gestaltest du unsere agilen Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen und für die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own innovative software architectures.
- Create detailed technical designs for complex systems.
- Design and structure modern software modules, components, and interfaces focusing on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work on future-oriented product and system concepts in areas like automation, visualization, interaction, or system integration.
- Support development teams as an architecture and technology expert throughout all project phases.
- Actively shape agile development processes in collaboration with other developers.
- Take responsibility for technical decisions and the sustainable further development of software solutions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Possess a solid technical foundation.
- Several years of experience in professional software development, ideally in demanding, safety-relevant, or industrial systems.
- Taken responsibility for architecture or system design topics.
- Understand how to structure and develop software sustainably.
- Proficient in various technology stacks, architectural styles, and development environments.
- Able to justify technical decisions soundly.
- Work independently, analytically, and structured.
- Maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- Have high standards for clean, robust, and maintainable software.
- Make forward-thinking technical decisions.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
