About the Role

Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices and place orders with outside vendors.
• Communicate delivery schedule changes to customers and staff.
• Assist walk-in customers and fulfill small orders.
• Process order payments as needed.
• Generate price quotes for customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized showroom and workstation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently.
• Remain calm and professional when working under pressure.
• Provide support to outside sales efforts.
• Interact with vendors and participate in product training.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in the construction and building supply industry or product sales.
