About the Role

Shift Leaders at our restaurant are hands-on leaders who set the tone for every shift, leading by example, working side-by-side with the team, and ensuring every guest has a great experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and seek career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and manage operations when management is not present.
• Perform all restaurant positions including cashier, grill, prep, and dining room duties.
• Provide fast, accurate service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members.
• Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive culture.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks such as breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Possess a team-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership through action.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must be able to work on your feet, be active and engaged throughout the shift.
• Ability to work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle supplies as needed.
