About the Role
The AIX Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools, identifying and driving areas for improvement. This role involves explaining and communicating complex problems to upper management, supporting problem-solving with data analytics, and managing model propagation and dashboard configuration.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and drives areas for improvement for digital tools.
- Serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools.
- Explains and communicates difficult or sensitive problems to upper management.
- Builds consensus with team and customers.
- Supports complex problems by looking for new solutions using information sources and data analytics.
- Shares findings with upper management.
- Responsible for model propagation and dashboard configuration.
- Provides feedback to Package owners on content.
- Acts as the main point of contact for all digital tool issues within the site and with HQ.
- Mentors on troubleshooting methodologies for specific and other tools/processes.
- Understands BKM modeling techniques and becomes knowledgeable in other tools and systems.
