- Customer service and sales at Cartier boutiques
- Customer management and inventory control
- Repair reception for jewelry and watches
- Operations related to customer service and sales
Requirements
- Sales/customer service experience
- Experience in luxury consumer goods, jewelry, or watch sales
- Customer service/reception experience in luxury cars, hotels, apparel, or airlines
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with sales and customer service
- Experience in a team-oriented work environment
- Ability to build customer trust and provide flexible service
- Proactive approach to skill development with a strong sense of purpose
