About the Role

This role involves building interactive charts and dashboards for market visualization, redesigning core workflows for accessibility, and architecting the front-end with a focus on state management, data fetching, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with design and product teams, deploy code regularly, and contribute to the development of user interfaces for professional inventory.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive charts and dashboards to visualize occupancy rates, revenue pacing, and competitive sets.
• Redesign core workflows to make revenue management settings accessible to non-technical users.
• Partner with design and product teams to prototype features, ensuring technical feasibility and good UX.
• Make key decisions on front-end architecture, including state management, data fetching, and performance optimization.
• Deploy code weekly or daily.
• Drive development of the user interface for professional inventory.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with deep Front-End expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, communicate asynchronously, and manage workload.
• Ability to critique designs for feasibility and usability.
• Experience building scalable and reusable components.
• Value independent work and ownership.
• Communicate with business stakeholders for clarification.
• Ability to simplify complex information for users.
• Care about the details of user experience, including micro-interactions, loading states, and empty states.
• Excited to mentor colleagues and learn from them.
• Work smart, communicate early, and avoid excessive overtime.
