About the Role

This is a three-year dual study program in Business Informatics (w/m/d) starting on August 15, 2027, at Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH in Berlin. The program combines academic learning at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin (HWR) with practical application in a dynamic sales environment within the energy industry. It aims to equip students with comprehensive skills in both IT and business administration, preparing them for roles in the digitalized business world.

Responsibilities

Active participation in a dynamic and growing energy sales business.
Gaining experience in various sales areas.
Developing conceptual, analytical, methodological, and communication skills.
Learning core business administration disciplines such as accounting, human resource management, and law.
Studying IT modules including programming, database systems, business intelligence, and IT security.
Contributing to operative processes and actively shaping the business.
Conducting market and competitor analyses based on collected data.
Supporting the development of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Managing digital sales and communication channels and designing modern frontends.
Coordinating projects between IT and sales.
Analyzing and optimizing efficient, partly AI-supported sales processes.
Actively participating in the digital transformation of energy sales.
Gaining practical experience at Vattenfall's European locations (Stockholm, Amsterdam, Helsinki) with financial support.

Requirements

High school diploma or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (mandatory) with good grades.
Good grades in Mathematics, English, and German.
Extremely high degree of independence and initiative.
High motivation and willingness to perform.
Very good communication and teamwork skills.
