About the Role

This is a three-year apprenticeship program for an IT Specialist in Data and Process Analysis, starting on August 15, 2027, at the Berlin location. The program aims to equip apprentices with comprehensive IT skills focused on data and process analysis, driving digitalization within the company. It offers a first-class training experience to leverage individual strengths and potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection in Business Intelligence and derive data-based business decisions.
• Design, manage, and operate digital sales and communication channels, CRM systems, frontends, and databases.
• Analyze and optimize efficient, partly AI-supported sales processes.
• Coordinate projects at the interface between IT and sales.
• Actively shape the digital transformation of our energy sales.

Requirements

• High school or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with good average results.
• High affinity for IT.
