Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results.
- Commitment to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrate true LEADERSHIP, impacting people and outcomes.
- Show genuine CARE for your team, customers, and business success.
- Take ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations.
- Practice meaningful TRANSPARENCY through open and consistent communication.
- Have the courage to INNOVATE and lead change.
- Passion for NIKE, health, and fitness.
- Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
