About the Role
Contribute to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service, maximize profitability, and enhance efficiency through the Operations Team. Deliver operational excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximized.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.
- Manage stocking flow including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, and invoice management.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Love working in a casual fun atmosphere.
- Thrive in a retail environment and draw upon knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc.).
- Possess strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Understand inventory management and processes.
- Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate solid customer service skills that will create raving reviews.
