About the Role
Hoxton Wealth is seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join their Australian team. This role involves servicing existing clients, expanding the client base, and refining holistic financial planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with an existing book of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans that encompass investments, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and tax strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow the client book by acquiring new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Work closely with the broader Hoxton Wealth team to integrate holistic planning into existing practices and enhance service offerings.
- Ensure all client interactions and advice comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Educate clients on financial planning principles and opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of servicing and growing a client base.
- Must hold a FASEA-approved qualification (e.g. approved bachelor degree or graduate diploma in financial planning) and have passed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam and completed the Professional Year.
- Alternatively, must satisfy the Experienced Provider Pathway and have passed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam.
- Registered on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register (FAR).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and create tailored solutions.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team to achieve shared goals.
