About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEMS Device/Design engineer to join our MEMS R&D team. This role emphasizes MEMS device engineering, while maintaining strong engagement in device design and performance optimization for MEMS devices such as inertial and pressure sensors. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of fabrication processes, device modeling and validation to deliver high-performance MEMS products.

Responsibilities

  • Support device/technology integration and design to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and high yield
  • Establish and maintain technology design rules and ensure alignment with design requirements
  • Drive iterative cycles between simulation, fabrication, and characterization
  • Incorporate process variation and non-idealities into device modeling and design decisions
  • Perform simulation and/or analysis using tools such as JMP, ANSYS, COMSOL, and MATLAB/Simulink

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience in MEMS, with focus on MEMS device, technology integration, design and/or interactions
  • Proven track record in developing and transferring MEMS design and technologies into production
  • Solid understanding of MEMS device physics
  • Experience working across design–process interfaces and manufacturability optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams
