About the Role

As part of the global Order Management strategy, this role supports LSEG/Refinitiv customers in Japan and Japan-domiciled global financial organizations. The team will be composed of highly skilled individuals with order management/order-to-cash experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the order process for Refinitiv products, including entering orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Resolve internal and external customer queries and issues through investigation, analysis, and proposing solutions.
  • Manage all customer queries and communication in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Adopt business progress and change by acquiring new operational knowledge.
  • Meet and maintain defined standards for quality and efficiency, including service and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all customer requirements are met, including supervising group email accounts.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues globally.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer install position (billable assets) and appropriate customer access.
  • Craft and modify customer master data.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls and policies, including controls around the use of 3rd party data.
  • Escalate delays to internal groups and senior management as appropriate.
  • Prioritize tasks to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work with a hybrid model (3 days office/2 days home).

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate/post-graduate in field.
  • Prior administration experience is required for expert candidates.
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-first focus.
  • Strong data interpretation skills.
  • Good proven understanding of computer systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools is desirable.
  • Strong focus for accuracy, completeness, and profit, leading to an excellent customer experience.
  • Good ability to prioritize and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
  • High proficiency and skills for learning and championing effective partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate prioritization and critical issue skills.
  • Flexible working in shifts.
  • Experience with AI tools is preferred.
  • +3-4 years Customer Service / Order-To-Cash roles.
  • Understanding of Japanese business practices would be an advantage.
