About the Role
Delivery Manager – Integrated Delivery - Technology Portfolio is responsible for owning the integrated delivery approach across Challenger's technology portfolio, ensuring alignment, managing interdependencies, and providing clear reporting on delivery progress.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage interdependencies between programmes in the portfolio.
- Partner with Product Owners to establish a consistent, joined-up approach to planning and delivery.
- Own reporting on the integrated plan, providing a consolidated view of delivery progress across the portfolio.
- Run governance and planning forums to ensure clear visibility into progress, risk, and delivery health.
- Coordinate issue resolution across Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, and vendors.
- Work with outsourced/vendor delivery partners as part of the broader delivery ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience managing delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, not just within a single product or domain.
- Exposure to Product Owner or Scrum Master ways of working.
- Financial services experience.
- A track record spanning multiple tech domains or an integrated delivery stack (e.g. CRM, Digital, Data).
- Some experience working in an outsourced or vendor-delivery environment is a strong plus.
