About the Role
As a Fitter, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of our customer’s state-of-the-art board machine. Your extensive mechanical knowledge and experience will be crucial in carrying out mechanical fault finding, repairs, and replacements as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on advanced machinery.
- Conduct mechanical fault finding and repair/replace parts as required.
- Maintain accurate written and computer-based records.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a strong focus on health and safety.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent fault-finding ability.
- Experience in heavy industry.
- Flexibility and a team player attitude.
- Ability to respond to changing work requirements and peak periods.
- Pride in your work and a willingness to go the extra mile.
