About the Role

Trend Micro is transitioning from an endpoint security company to a leading AI security company. This role involves supporting financial and insurance institutions in effectively responding to the Financial Services Agency's Cybersecurity Guidelines (published October 2024, revised 2025). You will focus on AI-driven solutions, particularly "Trend Vision One," to address cybersecurity risks impacting business and compliance, supporting C-level executives and IT/risk management departments in achieving their desired future state.

Responsibilities

Propose solutions for targeted attacks, cloud security, and security operations throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with SE, Marketing, and CS teams to understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions.
Engage in strategic proposal activities from regulatory, cloud security, and governance perspectives for financial institutions (banks, securities, insurance).
Visualize cyber risks for financial institutions and insurance companies, guiding them to decisions at the executive level.
Contribute to maximizing customer value within an account team structure involving SE, Marketing, and Support.
Propose solutions covering endpoint, cloud, email, network, and AI, addressing specific regulatory and governance challenges in the financial industry.

Requirements

Over 5 years of IT solution sales experience targeting financial institutions or insurance companies (direct sales).
Sales experience covering the entire process from new customer acquisition or new project creation to closing deals.
Experience prioritizing and managing sales activities across multiple accounts concurrently.
