About the Role
Work directly with international clients and global fund managers as part of their finance function, not just a year-end process. Join a growing team delivering ongoing reporting and compliance across complex, well-funded businesses.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients on a monthly and quarterly basis across financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Ongoing reporting cycles (not just year-end).
- Close collaboration with clients and offshore stakeholders.
- Early identification and resolution of accounting and tax matters.
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Exposure to systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, MRI and Xero.
- Increasing use of automation and AI.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in business services or similar.
- Solid accounting and tax compliance skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Interest in working closely with clients.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
