About the Role
Seeking a Centre Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave contract at an Early Learning Centre. This part-time role involves providing customer service and administrative support to children, families, and staff, managing enrolments and accounts, maintaining records, and coordinating resources to ensure smooth centre operations. The position emphasizes building relationships and creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
- Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
- Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
- Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance
Requirements
- Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded
