About the Role

We are seeking to engage a proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Leaders team! Accelerate your career success through exposure to our clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements, program and procedures, and all relevant legislation.
• Work with Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurement.
• Contribute to the project process particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationships.
• Assist in meetings and minuting meetings as required.
• Complete system documents and procedures to ensure that the business is not at risk of non-compliance with third party accreditations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff.
• Reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
