About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Centre Leader to manage our well-established dental centre in Belrose. This role offers the chance to lead a clinic with a loyal patient base and a supportive team, focusing on team development, enhancing patient experience, and driving centre success. You will be supported by an experienced Regional Business Leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental centre
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing support team
- Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
- Support practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations
- Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics
- Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with your Regional Business Leader to support ongoing centre success
Requirements
- Experience in a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination
- Experience leading and developing teams to achieve great outcomes
- Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Dental experience highly regarded
- To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment
