About the Role

Code Metal is seeking its first Product Marketing Lead to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling product stories. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and sales, shaping messaging, packaging, demos, and customer proof for our code translation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging for Code Metal’s platform, capabilities, workflows, and use cases.
  • Lead product marketing for new launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver clear messaging and launch assets.
  • Build a deep understanding of customers, technical users, use cases, and the competitive landscape to inform messaging and content.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product stories, diagrams, demos, web copy, and field-facing materials.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to understand platform functionality and customer needs.
  • Develop customer proof points and convert them into reusable assets like case studies and sales-ready narratives.
  • Equip sales, customer success, and leadership with necessary materials for high-stakes conversations.
  • Build lightweight, repeatable product marketing processes for intake, prioritization, review, publishing, reuse, launch planning, and measurement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Track record of crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials for complex technical products, platforms, or categories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make complex technical topics clear, credible, and useful.
  • Strong understanding of developer, engineering, and technical buyer audiences.
  • Strategic instincts paired with execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, product teams, executives, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and building from an early-stage starting point with limited bureaucracy.
  • Experience creating or leading technical demos, product pages, customer stories, launch assets, white papers, one-pagers, solution briefs, or sales enablement materials.
  • Technical background or experience with AI, developer tools, embedded systems, semiconductors, heterogeneous compute, DSP, RF, GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, or mission-critical industries is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
