About the Role

The Activation Executive will lead the execution of the Trade Activation Calendar for Tip Top, ensuring best-in-class delivery. This role involves managing point-of-sale materials, supporting activation planning from concept to execution, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns within a high-performing FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute trade activation plans ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to translate activation strategies into effective field sales execution
  • Manage point-of-sale materials and promotional assets to support retail activation success
  • Support sales cycle planning, activation communications, and reporting
  • Monitor in-store compliance and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and field sales

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, shopper marketing, merchandising, activation, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset and passion for executional excellence
