About the Role
Provide trainings to Japanese learners using our own method and teaching material. Prepare and study teaching materials before lessons, provide corrective feedback during lessons, and create a lesson memo at the end of each lesson.

Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's Degree / A Graduate of any 4-year course (Undergraduates with experience in ESL teaching are welcome to apply!) or COLLEGE STUDENTS without experience in ESL teaching!
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
- Must have passion, energy, and enthusiasm in teaching.
- Availability to teach the schedule commitment per weekly cutoff (each class lasts 25 minutes).
- Minimum commitment of 21 hours/ week.
- CPU / Processor: Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
- RAM: At least 2GB of RAM (4 GB is recommended) with 60GB free hard disk space available.
- Headset: A headset with a noise-cancelling feature & a high-definition webcam.
- Internet Connection: 3 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed).
