About the Role

Become a full-time, permanent NRMA Driving Instructor to teach tailored lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum and develop skills in delivering the NSW Safer Driver Course, becoming an Older Driver Assessor, and an authorised trainer for the Corporate Driver Training program. Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum.
  • Develop skills to deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course.
  • Become an Older Driver Assessor.
  • Become an authorised trainer for the Corporate Driver Training program.

Requirements

  • Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence
  • Willingness to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (min module 2) accreditation
  • Willingness to obtain Older Driver Assessment qualifications when eligible (requires 3 years of driving instructor experience)
  • Valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence
  • Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • Facilitation skills (willingness to undergo Cert IV Training and Assessment during employment)
  • Willingness to be upskilled to deliver driver training products such as the Safer Drivers Course and NRMA’s proprietary Corporate Driver Training program
  • Successful in-car assessment
  • Successful pre-employment checks
  • Provide a copy of qualifications and licences
  • Provide a valid WWCC
  • Provide a Driving History check
